Terms of Service

Vinzo is a skill-based commitment platform. You set a personal goal, commit your own money, and your commitment is returned in full if you meet the goal. Vinzo is not gambling, not a game of chance, and not an investment or savings product.

You must be 18 or older and in a supported region. Identity verification may be required before payouts.

You commit your own money to join a challenge. If you hit the goal every day for the full length of the challenge, your entry returns plus your share of the winnings, funded by the commitments forfeited by those who did not finish. If you miss a day, your entry is forfeited to those who finished. Vinzo takes nothing from the winnings.

A flat $3 service fee per commitment, charged on top of your commitment, with forfeited commitments distributed entirely to finishers. The $3 fee is shown before you commit and is non-refundable. Your commitment is charged to your card, or covered first by your Vinzo credit if you have any.

Step and activity data must come from your connected health source. Faking or manipulating data, running multiple accounts, or colluding results in the challenge being voided and can lead to suspension or account closure. Your own legitimately-held balance stays yours; winnings gained by breaking the rules may be forfeited.
